58. If an independent adult or a family proves at a later date that the father or mother or the parents or one of them receives the maximum amount of the monthly guaranteed income supplement, the basic benefit granted for the months in which the supplement is paid may be modified on request to reflect that situation, up to 12 months before the date of the application.
A parent who receives, for the month of June of a year, the maximum amount of the supplement is deemed to receive the maximum amount for the following month.
